We are happy to announce that the “Dinner in the Garden” event at Mari’s Garden will resume and the next event is on Sunday, October 9, 2016. You will enjoy a tour of the garden, learn about aquaponics and hydroponics, and end the evening with a delectable 4 course dinner prepared by Chef Elmer Guzman featuring Mari’s Garden produce and local proteins.
Poke Stop/Chef Elmer Guzman’s Island Cuisine has partnered with Mari’s Garden to implement “Adopt a Farm” program where we have made a commitment to source between 60 – 70% of all our produce from Mari’s Garden. We believe in sustainability and supporting local businesses and want to share all the wonderful things that we are doing in support of the “Farm to Table” movement.
